What we collect
When you join the Founding Families List, we ask for:
- Your name (parent or guardian)
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it
- Your child’s age
- Which area you’re interested in (Baltimore, MD, Philadelphia, PA, or either)
- Your preferred Builders Club cohort (10:00 AM or 1:00 PM)
- How you heard about Brave Hands, if you choose to share it
We do not ask for your child’s name on this website.
When you send a booking inquiry, we ask for your contact details and information about your group and event so we can respond.
How we use it
- To tell you when Builders Club dates and registration open in your area, including your Founding Family early access
- To respond to your questions and booking inquiries
- To plan sessions, like how many builders want the morning or afternoon cohort
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information.
- We don’t share it with other businesses for their marketing.
- We don’t send you unrelated promotions.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and are accessible only to Brave Hands. If we use an email service to send updates, your email address will be stored there for that purpose only.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to remove you from our list, at any time. Every update email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Children’s information
This website is meant for parents, guardians, and organizations, not for children to submit information themselves. The only information we collect about a child here is their age. Additional details needed for safety, like allergies or medical considerations, are collected only during registration, directly from a parent or guardian.
